About this machine
What it is and what it is good for.
A DANOBAT / LEALDE TCN-10 CNC lathe from 1997, running a GE Fanuc Series 0-T control. The smaller machine of the TCN family — 450 mm over the bed, 280 mm maximum turning diameter and 500 mm of turning length — built for the kind of shaft, bush and flange work a general jobbing shop sees every day.
The spindle turns up to 4 000 rpm and the automatic turret carries 12 tool positions. It comes with a hydraulic chuck, a tailstock and a chip conveyor, so it is ready to run rather than waiting on accessories.
