About this machine
What it is and what it is good for.
A TITAN SC43 vertical turning lathe with a 4 000 mm face plate, completely retrofitted by us in 2026 and fitted with a new Fanuc 0i-TF Plus control. The machine was built in 1987; everything that wears or ages has been replaced.
It swings 4 300 mm, takes 2 000 mm of height under the crossrail and carries 18 000 kg on the face plate. The face plate runs from 1 to 92 rpm, feeds from 0.05 to 5 mm/rev, and the carriages traverse at 2 500 mm/min. The main drive is a 55 kW Siemens DC motor from 2018, refurbished, with a Siemens drive.
The main gearbox was opened, checked and rebuilt with new bearings. The machine was repainted. We grant six months guarantee on parts — something you will not find on a machine sold as it stands.
